Return & Refund Policy

At Orlynx, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund policy.​

Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods may not be eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@orlynxshop.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. If required, attach photos or videos of the product

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
     

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic or video evidence

We will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost
    or

  • Issue a full refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us directly
